AT LAST "CABINET NOTE" FINALISED.

2 வருட தாமதத்திற்கு பின் 78.2% DA க்கான 
CABINET NOTE ,
DOT யால் தயார் செய்யப்பட்டு DOT  FINANCE லும்  அது  APPROVAL   ஆகிவிட்டதாக தெரிகிறது .

அந்த FILE  மீண்டும் DOT யில் EXPENDITUR ,LAW போன்ற சில SECTION களில் APPROVAL ஆகி CABINET க்கு செல்லும் .

பிறகு காபினெட்டில் APPROVAL ஆகி ORDER வரும் .    .    

Today, 13th May 2015, along with Com. Sankar Prasad Datta, Member of Parliament, Com. V.A.N.Namboodiri, Advisor, AIBDPA met Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad, Communications Minister in his office in the Parliament House and discussed in detail about certain major issues of the BSNL/DOT Pensioners. Letters were handed over by MP as also AIBDPA on these demands.

With regard to 78.2% IDA pension fixation, the issue was explained and it was requested that the Cabinet Note and further actions be speeded up so that the pensioners will get the relief with out further delay. The background was also explained.  It was also requested that Pension Revision should be automatic along with wage revision. Minister agreed to favourably consider both the points. Then he stated that he is getting a large number of SMS from pensioners on these issues and is it a planned action. We told that no such decision has been taken by our union, but it proves that the pensioners are restless and decision should be taken urgently.

With regard to restoration of Medical Allowance to BSNL pensioners and allotment of staff quarters at reduced rate instead of market rate, he agreed to consider the same. The Minister stated that he has got the letter from the Forum for a meeting with him and that such a meeting will be arranged along with the DOT officers. The Minister stated that government is making all out efforts to improve the financial position of BSNL and MTNL. We pointed out that the Forum is on a Save BSNL Campaign and the unions are taking all actions for the revival. Com.Namboodiri requested that such a meeting be held early. He agreed. The meeting was very cordial and the Minister patiently heard all our points. Thanks to Com. Sankar Prasad Datta, MP, for arranging the meeting.

         இன்று AIBDPA சென்னைமாநிலச் சங்கத்தை முறையாக தனி மாநிலச் சங்கமாக தோழர். K.G.ஜெயராஜ், அகில இந்திய பொதுச் செயலர் துவக்கி வைத்தார்.

         அமைப்பு தின மாநாட்டை தோழர். B. சுப்பிரமணியன் தலைமையேற்றார். 

        தேசியக்கொடியினை தோழியர். செண்பகவல்லியும், சங்கக்கொடியை பொதுச் செயலர் தோழர்.K.G.ஜெயராஜும் ஏற்றி வைத்தனர். தியாகிகளுக்கு அஞ்சலியை தோழர்.N.V.N. பாலகிருஷ்ணனும்,  தோழர். G.S. நரசிம்மன் வந்திருந்த அனைவரையும் வரவேற்றார்.

Sir, Sub: - Charging for STD calls on concessional telephone facility to retired BSNL/DOT employees - reg. Ref: - BSNL No.2-7/2007-PHA dated 20.07.2007.


Orders were issued vide reference above stating that the BSNL/DOT retired employees are eligible to free calls on their concessional telephones. Now in some circles, the retirees are being charged for calls other than local calls, even if the total calls come under the limits specified by the order dated 20.07.2007. This is causing much difficulty for the retired employees. After retirement, many officials change their residences to other places. Children and relatives may be in some other places. If local calls only are allowed, they cannot call the family members outside SDCA, which are charged. Under these circumstances, it is requested that instructions be issued to allow the free calls to be used for all calls, but within the limited member of calls. Thanking you,

2நாள் பட்டினிப் போர் 78.2 பஞ்சப்படி  உத்தரவு வெளியிடக்கோரி

        2015 ஏப்ரல் 28&29 தேதிகளில் குஜராத் மாநிலம் ஜாம் நகரில் நடைபெற்ற மத்தியச் செயற்குழு இன்றைய சூழ்நிலையை ஆழ்ந்து பரிசீலித்தது. மேலும் 78.2 பஞ்சப்படியினை வழங்காமல் இழுத்தடிக்கும் போக்கையும் தடை செய்யப்பட்ட மருத்துவப்படி வழங்கிடக் கோரியும் இரண்டுகட்ட போராட்ட அறைகூவலை விட்டுள்ளது.

1. 2015 மே 3வது வாரத்தில் பாரதப்பிரதமருக்கு கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி தபால் அட்டை அனுப்புவது.

2. 2015 ஜூலை 21&22 தேதிகளில் CCA அலுவலகம் முன்பு தொடர் பட்டினிப்போர் நடத்துவது .
