78.2சத பஞ்சப்படி இணைப்பு சம்பந்தமாக உத்தரவு  வெளியிட வலியுறுத்தி…..

          16-01-2015 அன்று நமது AIBDPA ஆலோசகர் தோழர்.V.A.N.நம்பூதிரி அவர்கள் DOT செயலர் திரு. ராகேஷ் கார்க் அவர்களை சந்தித்து 78.2சத பஞ்சப்படி உத்தரவு வெளியிடுவதில் உள்ள காலதாமதத்தை தவிர்த்து உடனடியாக வெளியிட ஏதுவாக கேபினட் குறிப்புகளை  அனுப்பிட நினைவுபடுத்தினார். அதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளை போர்க்காலஅடிப்படையில் செய்திட வற்புறுத்தினார்.

   DOT செயலரும் வேகமாக நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பதாக வாக்களித்துள்ளார். மேலும் இது சம்பந்தமாக தேவையான அனைத்து நடவடிக்கைகளையும் விரைந்து செயல்படுத்திட, அருகில் இருந்த மெம்பர் (Finance)ஐயும் மற்ற அதிகாரிகளையும்  DOT செயலர் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார்.

        விரைவான நடவடிக்கை மூலம் 78.2 சத பஞ்சப்படி கிடைக்க அனத்துமட்டங்களும் செயல்பட AIBDPA தமிழ் மாநிலச் சங்கம்  வேண்டுகிறது.

மருத்துவப்படி ரூபாய் 500 வழங்கிடக்கோரி

        மத்திய அரசு ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு கடந்த 19-11-2014 முதல் உயர்த்தப்பட்ட மருத்துவப்படி (Medical Allowance) ரூபாய் 500/- உத்தரவு வெளியிடப்பட்டு வங்கிகளில் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு அமுல்படுத்தப்பட்டு பெற்றுவருகிறார்கள். ஆனால் அஞ்சலகங்கள் மூலமாக ஓய்வூதியம் பெறும் ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கு இன்றுவரை அது அமுலாகவில்லை. உயர்த்தப்பட்ட மருத்துவப்படியை உடனடியாக வழங்கிடக்கோரி அனைத்து அஞ்சலகங்கள் முன்பும் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடத்திட அகில இந்திய அஞ்சல் RMS ஓய்வூதியர் சங்கம் வருகின்ற 12-01-2015 அன்று ஆர்ப்பாட்டம் நடத்திட அறைகூவல் விட்டுள்ளது. 

   AIBDPA சங்க தோழர்கள் அந்த ஆர்ப்பாட்டத்தில் கலந்துகொண்டு போராட்டத்தை வெற்றிகரமாக்கிட AIBDPA தமிழ் மாநிலச்சங்கம் வேண்டுகிறது.

Excess amount paid to class III, IV staff cannot be recovered, says Supreme Court.

Recovery of excess amount paid to Class-III and Class-IV employees, due to employer's mistake, is not permissible in law, the Supreme Court has ruled. Saying that it would cause extremely harsh consequences to them who are totally dependent on their wages to run their family, observed the Court. The Apex Court has said that employees of lower rung service spend their entire earning in the upkeep and welfare of their family, and if such excess payment is allowed to be recovered from them, it would cause them far more hardship, than the reciprocal gains to the employer. A bench of Justice JS Khehar and Justice Arun Mishra also directed that an employer cannot recover excess amount in case of a retired employee or one who is to retire within one year and where recovery process is initiated five years after excess payment.

78.2% IDA MERGER- DOT TO PREPARE THE CABINET NOTE.

Com.K.G.Jayaraj, General Secretary had a a talk with Shri. Prachish Khanna, Director (Estt), DOT on today, the 24th November, 2014 who confirmed receipt of the file on 78.2% IDA merger. Now, he has assured that the cabinet note will be prepared as early as possible.

BSNL PENSIONERS' PROCESSION TO SANCHAR BHAVAN

BSNL DOT pensioners have created  another golden chapter in the history of pensioners movement in the country. The Sanchar Bhawan March held today, the 20th November, 2014 was massive with about  1000 pensioners participating from all parts of the country,  overwhelming the expectations of the organisers, impressive and disiciplined . The March started at 1030hrs from the Eastern Court and moved towards Sanchar Bhawan with almost all the participants carrying flag/banner/placard and shouting slogans on the important demands.The  March was blocked by the police at the Parliament Street where the meeting was held.

Com. A. K. Bhattacharjee, President presided and Com.K. G. Jayaraj, General Secretary welcoming the participants explained the important issues , the present position in respect of 78.2% IDA merger and exposed the double standard being adopted by the government. Com. S. K. Vyas, Secretary General, BCPC anc NCCPA inaugurated with his brief but matter some speech,criticizing the government for not granting merger of DA and Interim Relief. Com. V. A. N. Namboodiri, Advisor, AIBDPA came down heavily the central governments anti-PSU policies , the crisis being faced by BSNL and the indefinite strike proposed by the Forum of BSNL Unions/Associations. Com. Balbir Singh, President,BSNLEU assured all the cooperation to achieve the pensioners issues. He also pointed out that the one day Strike on 27th November by the JAC of BSNL Non Executive Unions is also for the settlement of 78.2% IDA merger. Com.K.Sebastin, General Secretary, SNEA and Com.K.KN.Kutty, President, Confederation of Central Govt.Employees & Workers also addressed. The anchor role was effectively managed by Com. R.S.Chauhan, CHQ Organising Secretary, BSNLEU. Com.Saibal Sengupta, CHQ Treasurer,BSNLEU was present.

A delegation  comprising, Com.V.A.N.Namboodiri, Com.A.K.Bhattacharjee and  Com.K.G.Jayaraj meanwhile went to the Sanchar Bhawan and presented the memorandum to the Private Secretary to Secretary,DOT, as he was away with the minister. A copy of the memorandum was given to the Member(Finance) and also discussed the issues briefly who assured speedy action.
