It is reported in the 25th meeting of SCOVA helld on 05.09.2014, that the DoT has prepared a Cabinet Note in the matter and put up for approvall of MoC & IT. (Item No.8). 

We woulld request you to kindlly ensure that the issue is settlled earlly so that the concerned retirees 
willll get the fixation earlly.
